# Host Collectors

Collectors gather, process, and forward raw logs to the Enginsight SIEM.

Host collectors include operating system-specific collectors that gather raw data from the relevant logs of selected Windows, Linux, and macOS hosts.

Under **SIEM** → **Host Collectors**, you can find various options for configuring collectors for operating system-specific log sources.

<i class="fa-computer-mouse">:computer-mouse:</i> Click the **Host Collectors** menu item to expand or collapse the corresponding submenu.

The following submenu items are available:
