You can access the login page using the following URLs: * Enginsight SaaS version: * Enginsight on-Premises version: **https\://\/-/#/login** {% hint style="info" %} Remember to replace the placeholder `` accordingly. {% endhint %} *** ## Login Window

The following options are available:

Option	Description
Authentication Method	Select the authentication method you want to use to log in to your user account. The default authentication method is Username and Password. Click the Authentication Method field to expand a list of all available authentication methods, and select a method. The following options are available: Username and Password: Log in using the credentials associated with your user account. Single Sign-On via Microsoft Office 365: Log in using your Microsoft 365 user account. Please note: To use the Single Sign-On via Microsoft Office 365 authentication method, you must configure it first. Email	This field is only visible if you have selected Username and Password in the Authentication Method field. Enter the email address associated with your Enginsight user account.
Password	This field is only visible if you have selected Username and Password in the Authentication Method field. Enter the password associated with your Enginsight user account.
Stay Logged In	Define whether you want to remain signed in on this device after closing the browser. Select the checkbox next to Stay logged In to remain signed in on this device for future sessions. Disable the checkbox to be signed out automatically after each session.

Click **Log in** to log in to the Enginsight platform using the selected credentials. *** ## Resetting Your Password If you have forgotten your password, you can create a new one from the login page. Follow these steps {% stepper %} {% step %} Click **Forgot Password?** to reset your existing password.

{% endstep %} {% step %} The **Reset Password** window opens.

1. In the **Email** field, enter the email address associated with your user account. 2. If prompted, select the **reCAPTCHA** checkbox to confirm that you are not a robot. 3. Click **Reset Password** to reset the password for your user account. An email containing a link that you can use to create a new password will be sent to the specified email address. {% hint style="info" %} It may take a few minutes for the email to arrive. Check your junk folder if necessary. {% endhint %} {% endstep %} {% step %} Check your email inbox. You should have received an email from **** with the subject **Reset Password**.

In the email, click **Reset Password** to create a new password. {% endstep %} {% step %} The **Change Password** window opens.

1. Enter your new password in the **Password** field. A colored bar and the **Password Strength** indicator show how strong your new password is. {% hint style="warning" %} **Please note**: Secure passwords contain a mixture of numbers, uppercase and lowercase letters, and special characters. We recommend that you create and store your new password in a password manager. {% endhint %} 2. Enter your new password again in the **Repeat New Password** field. 3. If prompted, select the **reCAPTCHA** checkbox to confirm that you are not a robot. 4. Click **Save Changes** to create your new password. Once the password has been changed successfully, you will receive a confirmation email and be redirected to the login window. Here you can log in as usual using your new password. {% endstep %} {% endstepper %} *** ## Additional Options Additional options are available in the upper-right corner of the login window.
