# Enginsight SaaS: Plans, Invoices, and Payment Methods

In the Software as a Service (SaaS) version of Enginsight, you obtain a license by subscribing to a plan. **Each organization** has its **own plans**. This means that you must subscribe to a separate plan with its own contingents and terms for each organization.

Newly created organizations therefore do not have an active plan initially. However, during a 14-day trial period, you can already work with a small license contingent.

<i class="fa-compass">:compass:</i> Navigate to **Settings** in your Enginsight SaaS instance to show the [Plans](#plans), [Invoices](#invoices), and [Payment Methods](#payment-methods) pages.

## Payment Methods

<i class="fa-compass">:compass:</i> Navigate to **Settings** → **Payment Methods** to show the **Payment Methods** view.

<i class="fa-computer-mouse">:computer-mouse:</i> Click **Go to Customer Portal** to open the Customer Portal, where you can view and edit payment method details.

Payment methods are managed and edited through the Stripe customer portal. You will be redirected from the Enginsight platform to Stripe.

## Plans

<i class="fa-compass">:compass:</i> Navigate to **Settings** → **Plans** to show available plans and manage subscribed plans.

The following plans are available for the SaaS version of Enginsight:

* Enginsight small Businesses
* Enginsight Pro - Security and Monitoring unlimited

For each plan, one server license is already included.

### Subscribing to a Plan

<i class="fa-computer-mouse">:computer-mouse:</i> Click **Go to Checkout** below a plan to subscribe to it.

**Please note**: Plans are always purchased for the organization you are currently in.

### Cancelling a Plan

<i class="fa-computer-mouse">:computer-mouse:</i> Click **Cancel** below a subscribed plan to cancel it.

There are no notice periods.

### Managing a Plan

<i class="fa-computer-mouse">:computer-mouse:</i> Click **Manage Subscription** below a subscribed plan to open the plan's edit view. Here you can change the plan at any time.

#### Billing Intervals

Select the billing interval at which you want to pay the invoice for your subscribed options. The following options are available:

* Monthly billing
* Annual billing

Payments already made are credited. The credit is applied only on the invoice. The Enginsight SaaS platform always shows the costs of the selected options.

#### License Management

Adjust the number of subscribed licenses manually. The following license contingents can be adjusted or enabled manually:

* Server license
* Client license
* Endpoint license
* GData Antivirus license
* Hacktor license

#### Billing Address

Enter the information that should be used for invoicing.

### Restricting Access to Plans

Use [roles](/docs/manual/english/administration/settings/roles.md) to restrict access to plans for individual [team members](/docs/manual/english/administration/settings/team-members.md) or entire [groups](/docs/manual/english/administration/settings/groups.md).

## Invoices
